Return Policy

Our main value is customer satisfaction if you are not satisfied with our product simply return the original items within 10 days from the delivery date and we will refund you.

We will provide an exchange if your ordered product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If the merchandise or goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt, Saffrona will offer a replacement or a refund subject to conditions:

  • Notice that goods found to be damaged must be made not later than 48 hours after receipt or delivery.
  • Damaged goods must be returned to Saffrona no later than ten 10 days from delivery of goods. The returned goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • When you let us know this we will send you a replacement item if it is in stock at that time, if it is not you, will receive a full refund from us (please see below for the timescale of refunds). 
  • No Refunds or Exchanges can be made after the cancellation of an order.
  • Saffrona will not be held responsible for late delivery of merchandise or goods.
  • Upon the receipt of the damaged or defective goods, we will issue a refund to the card you have processed the payment with.  A typical refund can take 5-10 days to be processed.
